Warrior Women 2023
About This Competition
WARRIOR WOMEN is an all-inclusive ladies’ CrossFit competition for EVERYONE which has also been designed to inspire and empower ALL women. This event is about creating a sense of confidence and belief that CrossFit is accessible to women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities.
There will be two categories RX and Fitness;

HOW / COST:
Teams of 4 taking part in at least 4 workouts before the final at a cost of just £40 per team.
WHY:
The 180 Project is changing women’s lives. Many of these women are victims of domestic violence and CrossFit has kick started their healing process. CrossFit has shown they’re strong, resilient and powerful… They are survivors!
By promoting this event within your box and hopefully encouraging ladies to follow your lead, we can fill the Warrior Women Competition with women who are there to support, motivate and celebrate each other.
A plethora of women await to be inspired.
It’s going to be fabulous – planned by women, for women!
