About This Competition

Join us for our 3rd year competing downtown in Morganfield during the annual Corn Festival. This will be a 4 hour partner competition. Teams of 2 females or 2 males. Prizes for 3 divisions. RX, Scaled, Masters (40+)

The competition will consist of 2 workouts and a floater.  Workouts will all be released 4 weeks prior to comp day! 

Cost is $60.00 per team t shirt included! 

Who is ready for wod 1!?!? 


WOD 1: “Barbell Beatdown”

Ladder style, 2 minutes at each lift, max reps! Either partner or both. 

1 minute rest/move to next lift 

Lift 1. Max Thrusters 

Rx guy/girl 115/75.

Lift 2. Max Snatches

Rx.              135/95

Floater time!!!

2 min Amrap 

12/7 calories on assault bike (both partners complete 12/7 each)

Followed by max distance sled push. Partner A will push 25ft one way, B will push back 25ft. Every 5ft will count as 1 rep. 

Tiebreaker will be the time that both finish the bike. 

The sled weighs 103 

Rx guys will add 90

Rx ladies will add 50

Scaled/masters guys will add 70

Scaled/masters ladies will add 35
