About This Competition

Welcome to VT XLERATE..

A place where we throw all our hard work into one place to recognise our achievements and just how far we have come.

Wether you are an beginner and this is your first comp or an athlete and returning comp Goer VT XLERATE is place for you.

All teams will be doubled athletes. Each DUO must be female, female or male, male.

Team changes can be made up to a week before.

Two categories to enter will be -

Everyday (Beginner/Intermediate )

Advanced ( Advanced athlete)

Game day is the 25th of August 2024

Rego at 7.00am 

Breifing 7.15am - 7.30AM

First heat 8am

All athletes to be at athletes hub 10 mins prior to event.

 

Team entry is non- refundable unless the event date is changed or canceled.

The pair will pick one of the three options to complete their barbell

back squats.

Reps are shared 50/50

Athlete 1 must complete the first half of the rep scheme before

athlete 2 begins.

 

Option 1 : 60 reps @35kg/50kg

Option 2 : 40 reps @50kg/70kg

Option 3 : 20 reps @ 60kg/90kg

WORKOUT FOUR -ELITE

'BIG DOG'S EAT' 

The pair will pick one of the three options to complete their

barbell back squats.

 

Reps are 50/50 shared 

Athlete 1 must complete the first half of the rep scheme

before athlete two begins.

 

Option 1 - 60 REPS @ 60kg / 90kg

Option 2 - 40 REPS @ 75KG / 110 KG

Option 3 - 20 REPS @ 90KG / 130KG
