It's time to THROW DOWN again!!! You've just finished the open and we're looking forward to seeing how well you've prepared this year! Need to knows:

- Rx, Scaled & Masters 40+ Divisions
- Only 60 Spots available (potential to add)
- 3 Wods + 1 Floater Wod

FGB Hang Squat Clean (progressive loading)
**1min per barbell (6 barbells)
**30sec Transition between loads

Athletes will form a line behind all the barbells. One athlete will progress to barbell number one and perform as many hang squat cleans at load number one as possible in one minute.
After one minute of max reps, there will be a 30sec transition for that athlete to move to the second barbell. The next athlete in line will then move forward to barbell number one.
The score taken for the event is the total number of pounds lifted between all 6 barbell weights.
**It is ok if an athlete is unable to complete reps at more progressive loads, so strategize accordingly.
Athletes will be released in heats to do the following:
1min Max Calories Assault Bike
*Rest 1min
2min Max Push Press
*Rest 1min
3min Max Burpee Box Jump Overs
This event will be 3 separate scores, so all of them matter!
Rx Athletes will use a barbell loaded at 135/95 and box of 24/20
Scaled & Masters will use a barbell at 105/70 and box of 20/16
Athletes will be released in heats to do the following:

We will be providing "Zues" ropes, from Rx Smart Gear for this event. We will be asking all athlete's heights before the event so we can supply the right size ropes for everyone to participate fairly.
