Workouts

On the call of 321 go athlete 1 moves through the whole carry starting with the sled, moving to the bag then the farmers carry and finishing with a 100m sprint, afterwards partner 2 goes through the whole thing but their order will be Bag carry, sled drag, farmers carry 100m sprint.

On 3,2,1,Go Athlete 1 may start rowing, (Athlete can be on rower with hands behind back) Athletes can swap as many times as needed through the whole workout to get the work done.
Once the row is completed they begin their box jump overs, hip extension is not required, just as long as there's a two foot jump. Open division may step up and over.
Russian twists standards are both feet in the air for advanced and plate must touch either side. Open division may have their feet resting on the ground.
Devils press starts with chest on the ground next to the dumbell and rep finishes overhead fully locked out. You can snatch or clean and jerk the DB up that's totally fine.
If you hit the 12 min time cap score will be 12+ reps remaining.

6 mins to find a heavy 2RM Clean. This can be however as long as the bar stays above the knees. Can be power or squat. Make sure to stand first reps up fully before taking the bar back to the hang.

Advanced:

On the call of 3,2,1 Go Athlete 1 may start on the bike, you can swap as many times as needed to reach the prescribed cals. Afterwards start on the syncro T2B. Both feet from both athletes must touch the bar at the same time.
After all reps are completed complete as many OHS until the 2 min mark.
If you don't get to 60 reps then at the 2 min mark start back on the bike. Continue this until completed or until the 6 min mark hits (3 rounds)
If capped score will be 6 min + how many reps remained.

Open:

On the call of 3,2,1 Go Athlete 1 may start on the bike, swap as many times as needed to reach the prescribed cals. Afterwards only 1 athlete at a time needs to do the Toes to Bar or double reps knees to chest. (Make sure to tell your judge what option you are doing before the start of the workout. Once started you can't change and you can't have 1 athlete do toes and 1 athlete do knees, you must do the same)
Afterwards you can start on the front squats, complete as many reps as possible until the 2 min mark, if 60 reps aren't completed then at the 2 min mark start back on the bike. Continue until all reps are done or you hit the 6 min cap (3 rounds)
If capped, score will be 6 + reps remaining.
