About This Competition

A 1-Day Same Sex or Mixed Teams of 3 Competition located at 24N Fitness | Liverpool St. CrossFit, London on 26th April. 

Each team will compete in 4 Workouts + 1 Final for the Top Teams! There is 2 categories for competition: Rx Standard and Scaled Standard; check the below for movement requirement. 

We've got an exciting prize package for podium spots composed of a range of goodies from sponsors and collaboration partners to be revealed!

Movement requirements:

Rx

  • Clean & Jerk Cycling @60/42.5kg
  • Snatch Cycling @42.5/30kg
  • Dumbbell Cycling @22.5/15kg
  • Kettlebell Cycling @24kg/16kg
  • Gymnastics (only 1 athlete in the team needs to be able to complete the following): Chest-to-bar and toes-to-bar
  • Final: (Potentially) Includes musle-ups and double-unders

Scaled 

  • Clean & Jerk Cycling @42.5/30kg
  • Snatch Cycling @30/20kg
  • Dumbbell Cycling @15/10kg
  • Kettlebell Cycling @16kg/8kg
  • Gymnastics (only 1 athlete in the team needs to be able to complete the following): Pull-up and Hanging Knee Raises
  • Final: (Potentially) Includes Chest-to-bar and single-unders

Early bird entries are £75 per team with prices going up to £90 afterwards! There are limited spaces, so get signed up quick! 

Competition runs from 9:00am-16:30pm. Athlete briefing will be from 8:30am-9:00am.

Part A) In a 7-minute window each athlete establish a heavy complex of:
1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder-to-Overhead
-Rest 1-minute-

Part B) As Many Reps As Possible in 4-minutes:
Barbell Power Cleans

Rx: 60/45kg
Scaled: 45/30kg

For Time:

Buy in - 60 Ping Pong Wall balls

Into 3 Rounds of:
6 Synchro Barbell & S.A. DB Hang Power Snatches
9 Box jump overs
12 Toes-to-Bars

Then...
30 Chest-to-Bars

Into 3 Rounds of:
12 Toes-to-Bars

Buy out - 60 Ping Pong Wall balls

Barbell - 42.5/30kg

Mixed:
Wall Ball - 6kg
