About This Competition

Teams of 4 same gender. There will be 5 workouts,  but most only call for two - three teammates working at a time. The team chooses what teammates do what workouts.

12 Rounds for time: each athlete completes one full round before the next athlete tags in.

10 thrusters, 10 bar facing burpees, 10 chest to bar pull-ups

For Time: 

60/50 calorie echo bike, 50 wall balls, 40 box step overs, 30 toes to bar, 20 handstand push-ups

20/14 lb wall ball, 50/35 lb dumbbell for box step overs, kipping handstand push-ups

 

Send two athletes - switch athletes as needed within the workout. 

time cap: 15:00

 

 

For Time: 

60/50 calorie echo bike, 50 wall balls, 40 box step overs, 30 ab mat sit-ups, 20 push ups

Scaled: 14/10 lb wall balls, 35/20lb dumbbell for box step overs, ab mat sit ups, regular push-ups

 

Send two athletes - switch athletes as needed within the workout. 

time cap: 15:00

 

 

Max Dumbbell Snatch in 12 minutes: 

Each partner takes a full minute to acumulate max dumbbell snatches. Partners must switch at the end of the minute - final score are all dumbbell snatches added together. 

All four athletes - each athlete works for 3 minutes. 

RX weights: one dumbbell that is 50/35 lbs

Athletes MUST alternate arms each repetition

Max Dumbbell Snatch in 12 minutes: 

Each partner takes a full minute to acumulate max dumbbell snatches. Partners must switch at the end of the minute - final score are all dumbbell snatches added together. 

All four athletes - each athlete works for 3 minutes. 

Scaled weights: one dumbbell that is 35/20 lbs

Athletes MUST alternate arms each repetition

For max weight in 10 min: 1 clean + 2 front squat 

Send 2 athletes

For max weight in 10 min: 1 clean + 2 front squat 

Send 2 athletes

4k row for RX teams

Switch rowers as needed - utilize two people per team. 

15:00 time cap

If you do not finish the row before the 15 minute mark, your score will be the total number of meters displayed on your rower. You may not pull the handle after the timer is up, but you may use any roll over meters that you get after your final pull. 

3k row for scaled teams for time or max meters until the time cap. 

Switch rowers as needed - utilize two people per team. 

15:00 time cap
