About This Competition

DATES (UPDATED): July 16, 2020, to August 10, 2020
COST: FREE to join on our leaderboard (but please consider supporting our efforts by donating to ChildFund via our GoFundMe page, details coming soon).
REGISTRATION: Opens July 2, 2020, at 5 pm EST, and Closes July 20, 2020, at 5 pm EST
REFUND Policy: None, it's free (but again please consider donating).
LEADERBOARD: Submit them on our Competition Corners leaderboard each week before the Monday 5 pm EST deadline.
WORKOUTS: Every Thursday, we will be releasing one workout on our website and on the leaderboard. You will have until the following Monday at 5 pm EST to submit your score. If you choose to submit your score early, it will not be visible to the rest of the public until the deadline. You can attempt each workout as many times as you want.
RELEASE DATES: July 16, 23, 30; August 6, 13, 20 at 5pm EST
SUBMISSION POLICY: We trust you, so just be honest when you submit your scores. Thanks.
VIDEOS: When we release each weekly workout, we'll also do them ourselves to give you guys some tips and also some entertainment (trust us, they'll be fun to watch!). You might learn a great strategy and you might learn a terrible strategy, so join us every Thursday, 5 pm EST on our YouTube page for our weekly premiere (they will go private afterwards).
PURPOSE: Simple - bring our community together to have fun, be our best selves, and donate to a cause helping children across the world. That's it.
PRIZES: The top three finishers in each division will receive custom WW t-shirts!
FIRST WORKOUT: Mark your calendars! The first workout will go live on July 16, 2020, at 5 pm EST. More details to follow.

Workouts
Burpee Ladder Showdown:
1 burpee in the 1st minute
2 burpees in the 2nd minute
3 burpees in the 3rd minute
Every minute, the number of burpees increases by one.
Continue until you are unable to complete the required number in that minute.
Score: Total numbers of burpees completed in the workout
Time Cap: When you are unable to complete the number of burpees required during any one-minute window, your workout is over.
For Time:
54 butterfly sit-ups
63 squat jumps
Complete all of the repetitions as quickly as possible before the 6-minute time cap.
Score: Your score is the time taken to complete the workout OR if you do not complete the workout, your score is the total number of repetitions completed before the time cap.
Time Cap: 6 minutes
For Time:
50 hand release push ups
100 jump lunges
60 glute bridges
8 15-ft plank sidewalks
30 15-ft shuttle sprints
Complete all of the repetitions as quickly as possible before the 12-minute time cap.
Score: Your score is the time taken to complete the workout OR if you do not complete the workout, your score is the total number of repetitions completed before the time cap.
Time Cap: 12 minutes
