About This Competition

Come test your fitness against some of Morris County's best CrossFit athletes! This (single division) partner competition will test your fitness to the limits! Partners can be Female/Female, Male/Male, or Female/Male. The weights will be adjusted accordingly to ensure everyone is on the same playing field. The competition will consist of 3 WODs + 2 floating WODs. Scoring will be calculated by your placement in

Clean & Jerk, 6min total to establish 1RM, 3 attempts per athlete (2min in between attempts), minimum 1lb increment, scored based on body weight.

AMRAP - 10min. RX: 200 Double Unders, 100 Wall Balls (20/14#), 75 Deadlifts (185/125#), 50 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95#) // SCALED: 300 Single Unders, 100 Wall Balls (14/10#), 75 Deadlifts (135/95#), 50 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65#)

Combined Yards - Sled push & pull, 90 sec per athlete, Push 15 yards, Pull 15 yards, RX: Male: 330# Female: 240# // SCALED: Male: 135# Female: 90#

RX: 9min AMRAP. Alternating rounds*, 12 Pull ups, 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20), 8 Toes to Bar, 6 Burpees.

SCALED: 9min AMRAP, Alternating rounds*, 12 Ring rows,10 Box Jumps (20/16), 8 Burpees.
