DATE: Saturday February 10th

START TIME: 7:30 am athlete check-in, 9 am Competition Start
END TIME: 4 pm
COST: Before January 10th: $125/couple, T-shirts available at athlete check-in.
After January 10th- $155/couple, t-shirts will be available for pick up at Revolt Fitness 2 weeks after the competition.
Registration closes February 5th
- Registration includes an event t-shirt, swag from our sponsors, free entry to our vendor village and many other perks we will be adding along the way!
PRIZES: Tons of SWAG prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for both divisions from our sponsors.
With 18 Slots available for RX (M/F) and 18 for Scaled (M/F) you have a great chance to win this Couples Clash competition. Sign up and make sure to reserve your spot!
RX and Scale division will have 3 heats of 6 teams in each. Athlete briefing will begin at 8am. Scale heat teams will start at 9 am followed by RX heat teams.

Front Squat: 135/95
Clean & Jerk: 135/95 for reps
Deadlift: 225/155 for Reps
Wall Ball: 20/14 for reps
Dumbbell Snatch: 50/35 for reps

All of the workouts will be announced via social media prior to the competition.
As part of your registration you will be getting a t-shirt designed by the one and only Famous Gabe of Hula Moon tattoo. This is not your run of the mill, generic competition t-shirt!!!
There will be ample parking at our location along with street parking here in the East Hill neighborhood.
As we are throwing down indoors we will be throwing down rain or shine. If your friends and family want to come cheer you on then come on down! The more the merrier.
If you know of others that want to throw down with their significant other make sure to share this amazing competition with them!

In 6 minutes partner 1 establish a Complex Max of:
1 Snatch
2 Hang Snatch
3 Overhead Squats
Then partner 2 will establish in 6 minutes their Complex Max for the same Complex.
21-15-9 Synchro Deadlift
42-30-18 T2B
At 3.2.1 partners will complete 21 synchro deadlift (sync must be at the top of the rep), then move on to completing 42 Toes to Bar (split up however you like). While 1 partner is doing Toes to Bar, the other partner must hold a static deadlift position. Continue this flow until all reps are completed.
RX weight is 225/155
Scaled weight is 155/105 and High Knees
