About This Competition
Register for The London Throwdown seeding qualifier. This is a mixed sex team of 4 competition (2 male, 2 female). There are 36 Team entries for the finals.
Teams that qualify 1 - 36 will be invited to accept their RX'd team allocation for the finals hosted at CrossFit 1971 Stratford on 7th March 2020.
There is no refunds available for registrations. Athletes may be substituted in the event of injury.
