*every partner has to perform one repetition of each exercise

80 m Dual DB Lunges @2x15/10 kg ->Farmer Carry

80 Toes up 

60 m Dual DB Lunges @2x15/10 kg -> Front Rack

60 Ring Row 

40 m Dual DB Lunges @2x15/10 kg -> offset (one arm overhead and one arm front rack)

40 Dual DB Hang Snatch @2x15/10 kg

 

Time Cap 15 minutes

*one work - one rest

*no grips on DBs

*no drop DB -> when drop, go back to start line

*every 5m is one repetition

*chest contact with rings 

 

 

INTERMEDIATE:

*only one weight for each 45"sec window, but 

*more then one attemps possible (@every 45")

*the lift must start before 45"sec -> barbell leaves the ground @44"

*Athlet B/A can start if the bar from his partner touches the ground 

*Score is the total weight of each completed lift 

*for example Athlete

A: 45 kg + 50 kg + 52,5 kg + 55 kg = 202,5 kg

B: 60 kg + 65 kg + 67,5 kg (failed) + 70 kg = 195 kg 

=397,5 kg
