About This Competition

Overview

Heart & Fire is CrossFit Talisman's mixed pairs competition held over the weekend of 10th & 11th February at CrossFit Talisman, Hertford SG13 7AA


If you've ever been to one of our events before you'll know the atmosphere is always electric. Spectator tickets are free so if you're not competing come on down and enjoy the festival vibes.



Qualifiers

There are NO online qualifiers for this event. Why? Because who wants to do online qualifiers over Christmas?!

10th February - RX and Intermediate Athletes

11th February - Everyday Athletes & Masters


3 workouts throughout the day

Divisions

RX (AKA Titans)

If you RX at competitions or the CrossFit Open then this division is for you.


Intermediate (AKA Spartans)

Spartans will be 'almost RX', this division features all but the highest skilled gymnastics at a lower volume than for our Titans.


Everyday (AKA Gladiators)

Our Gladiators category is a great place to start your competition experience, if you generally scale workouts in the Open or at the gym then give Gladiators a try.


Masters (AKA Legends)

Open to athletes of all abilities, Legends must have a combined age of 75+ with both athletes being over 35. Movements will be similar to our Spartan category with some higher skilled elements, if this division isn’t for you we know you’ll fit in to our Gladiators category perfectly.
