About This Competition

Metcon Productions is Maryland's premier Individual and Team (2x men, 2x women) fitness competitions. Offering Rx, Scaled, and Masters (40+) divisions. We strive to provide a fun and challenging competition for participants along the East Coast.

Workout 1

Individual Rx
9 Minute AMRAP
- 8 Box Jump Overs 24/20"
- 7 Power Snatches (135/95)
- 6 Overhead Squats (135/95)
- 5 Burpee Over the Bar

Masters
9 Minute AMRAP
- 8 Box Jumps 24/20" (Step ups ok)
- 7 Power Cleans (105/75)
- 6 Front Squats (105/75)
- 5 Burpees

- 8 Box Jumps 24/20" (Step ups ok)
- 7 Power Cleans (95/65)

*For the relay, one team member will go at a time to complete the round and once finished will tag in the next member. If the tagged member leaves before tagged, the finishing member will have to redo the final repetition.
