2019 ChasingBetter Throwdown


We are excited to bring back Perths premier fitness competition in 2019! The ChasingBetter Throwdown will test Perth's fittest athletes across three gruelling days of competition - November 22nd, 23rd and 24th, with the largest prize pool ever seen in WA - over $20, 000 in prizes up for grabs!

Clean Ladder: For Load. Burpee tie-break.


Every 75s x 10

In a 60s window you must complete 8 bar facing burpees and 1 successful clean; Power or squat, no hangs.


You then have 15s to transition to the next bar and perform another 8 bar facing burpees and 1 clean increasing 5kg each lift.


If you fail a lift you will perform max bar facing burpees in the remaining time for your tie break score.


If you successfully complete a lift but know you will not make the next lift, perform 8 bar facing burpees + your tie break reps for the remainder.
