Open Division

Beginning on a 5-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:

50 wallballs 9/6kg

40 Deadlifts 70/52kg

30 Burpee over bar


If completed before 5 minutes, add 5 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

50 wallballs 9/6kg

40 Deadlifts 81/61kg

30 Burpee over bar


If completed before 5 minutes, add 5 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

50 wallballs 9/6kg

40 Deadlifts 92/70kg

30 Burpee over bar

Tie break is the time taken to complete the last round.

Scaled DIVISION

Beginning on a 5-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:

50 wallballs 6/4.5kg

40 Deadlifts 60/40kg

30 Burpee over bar


If completed before 5 minutes, add 5 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

40 Deadlifts 70/50kg

If completed before 5 minutes, add 5 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
