About This Competition
WELCOME TO MORPH MAYHEM
A fun yet competitive, one-day teams competition hosted by Morph Gym. Teams of two will battle it out across a full day of well rounded fitness tests to determine the fittest teams of the day.
Choose from RX, Intermediate, or Masters (35+) divisions, based on your ability level.

⏰ Time: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Divisions are capped and REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN — once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Substitutes: Team members may be substituted for any reason prior to competition day.

WHICH DIVISION IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
RX
This is the real deal. Our RX division mirrors the standard of the CrossFit Open. If you regularly RX workouts and can throw down RX in the Open, this is where you belong.
Intermediate
Still hungry to compete but not quite RX? If you regularly scale or modify workouts and need to scale Open workouts, Intermediate is your lane.
Masters (35+)
Experience meets intensity. Open to athletes 35 years and over, with both team members meeting the age requirement on competition day. This is an open division, meaning same-sex and mixed teams compete head-to-head. Movements, weights and calories will be adjusted accordingly.

*Start with a team run buy in, then straight into max meters on the Bike or row. At the time cap, you roll straight into a relay to finish.

EVENT: CLEAN & JERK LADDER
9 bars. One shot each minute.
Every minute, you’ll have 60 seconds to hit one clean and jerk. Miss it, you’re done. Make it, you move on.
Any style goes, but it starts from the floor.
It builds, it gets heavy, and it comes down to one thing

As with the previous lifts, you may have multiple attempts within the minute to successfully complete the lift.
One minute only
No weight changes permitted once the weight is loaded on the bar.
Score is your heaviest successful lift.
EVENT 3 🔥
15 minutes.
A true test of engine, skill & synchronicity. Kicking off with 6 tough rounds before launching straight into a descending sprint that will separate the field QUICK.
Expect:
Grip fatigue
Shoulder burn
High heart rate from the first minute
Strategy to be EVERYTHING
The synchro work will demand communication and consistency, while the second half comes down to how well you can hang on under pressure 💥
***Intermediate will have the option to scale weight if needed. As well as scaling the Toes-to-Bar to Knees-to-chest and Pull-ups to ring rows on the day if needed. Please note if you choose to scale you will automatically be ranked below anyone who does not.
The final will be released on the day. The top 4 teams of each division progress to the final.
