FALL COMBINE WEIGHTS (Dumbbells)
MALE Raddest #35
MALE Rad #25
FEMALE Raddest #25
FEMALE Rad #15

COMBINE WORKOUT #1
6 minutes of:
1-2-3-4-5.... reps for each movement (as many as possible)
Half kneel Single Arm press R
Single Arm Snatch & Press R
Half kneel Single Arm press L
Single Arm Snatch & Press L
*Increasing 1 rep after each round
**Total rep score

COMBINE WORKOUT #2
5-10-15 reps of each
Lateral Hops (2 feet in each box jumping and landing together)
10ft shuttle (hand must touch outside ladder)
Burpee + Lateral Hop over line
*6 hash marks every 2ft
**Time of completion score

COMBINE WORKOUT #3
4 EMOM
1st min - Dual DB Ground to Overhead
2nd min - DB Front Squats 2 Target
3rd min - Dual DB Ground to Overhead
4th min - DB Front Squats 2 Target
