THE NORTHERN PRO AM 2026
About This Competition
A CrossFit Competition hosted by CrossFit No Bad Day on the 19th and 20th of June.
Programmed by 64 Training Systems.
All teams will compete in one division on Friday afternoon (Friday Night Lights) with the teams divided into Pro or Am divisions to compete on Saturday.
There will be 2 Events Friday and 2 events and a final on the Saturday.
Teams will compete in teams of FFF or MMM. This is suited for various levels. Workouts in this competition will be varied and allow for shared work which may allow you complete high level movements by being shared throughout your team.
All workouts will be released in the lead up to the event. Movement standards will be outlined prior to the event and a judging team will be withholding the CrossFit standards.

40/30 ring muscle ups
Max effort wall walks
*1 partner holds dual KB farmers hold @32/24kg / 1 rest / 1 working partner.
This will happen the entire workout and the workout reps cannot be accumulated unless the KB's are up in the farmers hold.
Each member may perform as much and as little as they choose per movement.
There is no minimum work requirement.
