About This Competition

Our second event up in Cluster Event Series for 2023 is Cluster 2's with special guest and Games Athelte, Royce Dunne, competing in the Elite division!

On Saturday the 4th of February, Cluster Fitness and The Shed - CrossFit Selwyn are bringing the Cluster Series to the Selwyn Sports Centre in Rolleston, Christchurch for an epic one day same sex pairs event. Cluster invites you and your training buddy to come hang out for a day and put your fitness and skills to the test before the 2023 CrossFit season kicks off!


We have an exciting day planned with some tough workouts programmed by one of NZ's top CrossFit athletes - Ben Fowler! Ben will make sure Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Balance and Accuracy will all be tested in one day across 3 divisions - Elite (RX), Intermediate, Beginner (Scaled).
 
 
An invite will be sent out to all CrossFit Affiliates across Australia & NZ on the 10th of December. Each division will be limited to 48 pairs so first in first serve. 

 

SAME SEX PAIRS

DIVISIONS - Elite (RX), Intermediate, Beginner

COST - $198 per team + platform fees

$5,000 in Cash + Sponsorship Prizes

REGISTRATION OPENS - December 10th 

NO REFUNDS - unless Covid forces a lockdown, teams can be transferred (please read our refund policy)

Intermediate = Squat Snatches 63/41kg *completed in 2m sections

Beginner = Power or Squat Snatch 43/31kg *20 syncro DB push press after each set 15/10kg

Event 3 - Chase the Vibe

Beginner = 15 Pull Ups, 15 Synchro Dumbbell Snacth 15/10kg, 6/3kg Wall Ball, 53/36kg bar
