Rx division will complete the wallball and burpee box get over, snatch workout first and the bike, lunge, sled workout second. Clean ladder third. 

Scaled and masters divisions will complete the bike, lunge, sled workout first, Wallballs, burpee box get over, snatch second and clean ladder third. 

 If you’re not familiar with our infamous floater workout. The floater workout is an unscheduled event that you can complete anytime throughout the competition. The other three events will be scheduled. You will be signing up for the floater workout upon arrival. 

Divisions:
Men's RX, Women's RX, Men's Scaled, Women's Scaled, Master's Men RX, Master's Women RX. Masters is 40 years of age and over.

100 wallballs 

50 Burpee box get over 

25 Snatch


Standards: 

Wallballs - (all divisions 20/14#)

BBGO- (rx 48/40) (scaled master 40/30)

Snatch- (rx 115/85) (scaled and masters (95/65) 


Flow: 

3-2-1- Go both partners will complete 100 wallballs splitting them anyway they like. They will then move onto 50 burpee box get overs, reps can be split anyway they like. Burpees, chest and thighs must touch the ground on the get over, YOUR KNEES MUST PASS THROUGH THE TOP PLANE OF THE BOX. After that athletes will complete 25 snatches splitting them anyway they like. Snatches can be power or squat.

800m bike erg 

50 ft. Db lunge (25ft sections) 


*cash out 100ft partner sled push and drag* 


Standards: 

Bike erg- no standard 

Db lunge - (rx 50#/35#) (scaled and masters 35#/25#) 

Sled - HEAVY 


Flow: 

3-2-1-GO athletes will complete four rounds of 800m bike erg and 50ft Db lunge. Athletes can split the bike erg anyway they want. The Db lunge will be 25ft long. You can ONLY switch in 25 ft segments. The dumbbells can be held anyway on the lunge. Both feet must start behind the line on the lunge and both feet must finish past the line on the lunge. When the four round are finished. Both athletes will approach a sled that has two handles and a strap with an undetermined amount of weight on it. Athletes will work together to push/ pull the sled 100ft across the finish line.

3-2-1-GO Athletes will completes 20 reps at their first weight splitting reps however they want. Athletes will do the same for the following reps and weights. Athletes will be in charge of switching their own weights. Clean can be power or squat. Clean can also be deadlifted up to the hang position and hang cleaned as long as it touches the ground in between each rep.
