About This Competition

Salute the Fallen is a competition dedicated to bringing recognition to all 1067 hero workouts. We plan to pay tribute to the fallen but not forgotten American heroes...but with a little twist. Many times these workouts are navigated individually; however to stick with a long standing military tradition of no man left behind, this will be a 3 person team competition.
