About This Competition
A bit of FITNESS to FUNDRAISE
We have 2 athletes heading to Australia in October to compete!
Coach Renee qualified for The Down Under Championship in Wollongong NSW. She is be competing in the Masters Division (41-47) as an individual, against some of the best in Oceanian. DUC is one of the biggest competitions in Oceanian and an amazing experience.
But we also have Rae who qualified for The Masters League which is also in NSW on the same weekend. Rae will be heading to Orange and throwing down against her peers after doing an online qualifer and semi final competitions. This comp has around 300 Masters Athletes who will battle for that podium.
So lets get behind these great STRONG MASTER WOMAN who continue to RISE STRONGER
Teams of 3

All Teams must have at least 1 Tribal Phoenix Member - so get your friends and family involved
Designed for all fitness levels to participate, while being fun for all. But I also believe in an overall winner so there will be a podium at the end of the 3 workouts.
All teams will go up against each other in 1 division - movements will have different points depending on skill level. Weights will have a Male and Female standard.
There is a limited amount of spots available so you will need to get in fast.
All proceeds are to help get Coach Renee and Rae to get them to their respected competitions in NSW Australia this October.

4 ROUNDS for TIME in a 14min CAP
60 Fat Rope Partner skips
12 Under Over Thrusters (Barbell 20/15kg)
12 Monster DB Press (30/25) - 16 DB Clean and Press (22.5/15)
- 2 people in the skipping rope at once
- Under Over Thrusters are a team movement
- Normal DB's will have a Fat Grip
- DB Press - you can use 2 hands to clean Db up to shoulder, but only 1 hand for press to lockout
- All athletes must perform at least 2 DB Press every round
*Note: This is a fun competition, but your job is to push yourself, not milk the workout for the win. You only get stronger by doing the things you thought you couldn't.
9 Minute AMRAP
4 wall walks*
8 Burpes Over Rower
16/12 cal Row
Scaled Wall Walks : 5 Second hold once feet are above your hips, judge will count with the clock
Rowing: 16 cals for males and 12 clas for females
Burpees over the rower : you can step or jump, chest must touch the ground
Athlete order will be chosen by pulling a card from the deck - highest card is athlete 1, second highest is athlete 2 and lowest is athlete 3 Athlete 1 will start the AMRAP, at the end of 2 mins athlete 2 will continue the AMRAP on from where athlete 1 finished. Once athlete 2 finishes their 90 seconds, athlete 3 will continue for 1 minute from there and so on until until 9 minutes is up.

Ahtlete 2: 90 second Blocks

Eat a jelly cup
12 Power Clean & Jerks 50/35
MAX: Knee tuck/ T2B/ Muscle up
Athlete 3 will hold farmers handles 25/35kg per hand
Each round the athlete holding the Farmers Handles must change
- 1 Jelly cup per round must be consumed
- Then the 2 athletes can share the Work within the 2 Minutes
- Score is max points with Gymnastic Movements - points below
- Work must only take place while the Farmers Handles are off the floor
- Everyone must rest/stop when farmers handles are down
- The Weight for the Clean & Jerk can be scaled for teams by Renee for safety (For example: Teens, injuries, strength : Scaled Load 42.5/30)
Points:
- Knee Tucks = 1 Point
- Toes 2 Bar = 3 Points
- Muscle up = 6 Points
