Battle Cancer London 2024
About This Competition
THE BATTLE CANCER CHALLENGE LONDON
Your team will face an endurance test of 20,000 reps in just 90 minutes.
Take on 2 rounds of 5 fitness stations to accumulate as many reps, kgs, and meters towards your goal of 20,000.
Fundraise for The Battle Cancer Program, CRUK, Macmillan or your chosen cancer charity where every £ raised is an additional rep towards your target.
Your team will be scored in each workout with comparable leaderboard results for Male, Female and Mixed divisions across all Battle Cancer events in 2024. Who will be the fittest fundraisers 2024? Let's go!

THE FUNDRAISING AMRAP
As Much Raised as Possible. Supercharge your score by fundraising for your cancer charity in the lead-up to the event where every £1 raised = 1 rep. The more you raise the closer you get to completing the challenge! When you register, we will send you a Fundraising Pack with instructions, tips and tricks to raise your pledge of a minimum of £200 fundraised per team.

Station 02: Synchro Deadlifts (two athletes working, 2 x 60kg Barbell, 2 x 40kg Barbell, resting athletes must each hold a barbell off the ground)
Station 03: Row (two machines, two athletes working)
Station 04: Synchro Burpees Over Obstacle (four athletes working)
Station 05: Assault Runner (one machine, one athlete working, working athlete must wear a weighted vest 10kg, 7kg)

Station 01: Assault Bike (two machines, two athletes working)
Station 02: Synchro Dumbbell Snatch (two athletes working, 2 x 20kg Dumbbells, 2 x 12.5kg Dumbbells, resting athletes must each hold a dumbbell above waist height)

Station 04: Synchro Sandbag Over Shoulder (two athletes working, 2 x 30kg Sandbags, 2 x 20kg Sandbags, resting athletes must each hold a sandbag at chest height in a bear hug)
Station 05: Assault Runner (one machine, one athlete working, working athlete must wear a weighted vest 10kg, 7kg working at a time)
