Join us for our 8th annual Battle of the Vikings CrossFit Competeition @ our new 10,000sqft. faciility in Downtown Frederick.

THIS INCUDES WEIGHTS AND GYMNASTICS SKILLS.
*TOP 5 TEAMS IN RX DIVISIONS WILL MOVE TO FINALS*

INTERMEDIATE
ABLE TO COMPLETE SOME WORKOUTS RX BUT TEND TO SCALE MOST.

*Minimum of 7 teams per division to run the division. 

*MUST be 18yrs. or older to compete in this event.
