Branded One's Intramural Open 2021
About This Competition
The CrossFit Open is back! Branded One is doing its own inter-gym competition to create some more camaraderie and fun! All athletes of any ability are welcome. Here are the rules:
1. If you want to be involved, you will need to register as an individual on Competition Corner by March 10th. You will then be assigned a team and you will be responsible for entering your scores weekly for 3 weeks. If you don't enter your score, it doesn't count, so don't forget!
2. Scoring will consist of: 1) participation; and 2) weekly theme participation
