End of Summer Throwdown 2025 – Team Edition
The End of Summer Throwdown is back—this time as a two-person team competition (MM or FF)! Athletes will tackle a mix of strength, gymnastics, endurance, and swimming across multiple venues, including CrossFit Lehi and the Lehi Outdoor Pool.

Location: CrossFit Lehi & Lehi Outdoor Pool
Divisions: RX & Intermediate (MM or FF)
Registration: $120 per team
Early Bird Discount: 10% off until June 20, 2025 (the first day of summer)

🔥 What to Expect
This year’s programming features varied and challenging workouts, including barbell lifts, classic CrossFit-style conditioning, a swim event, and synchronized team elements. Whether you're gunning for the podium or just looking for a great day of fitness with your partner, this event is built for fun, competition, and community.

📋 Division Standards


RX Division
Recommended for athletes who typically Rx the CrossFit Open.
Barbell Movements (reps of 5+):

  • Clean & Jerk: 185/125 lb
  • Snatch: 135/95 lb
  • Deadlift: 225/155 lb
  • Front Squat: 155/105 lb
  • Bench Press: 135/95 lb
  • Overhead Squat: 115/75 lb


DB Movements: 50/35 lb (single or pair)


Gymnastics:

  • C2B Pull-ups,
  • TTB,
  • HSPU (10+ reps)
  • Muscle-Ups (bar/ring),
  • Rope Climbs,
  • Wall Walks (3–5+ reps)
  • Handstand Walking


Other:

  • Box Jumps/Overs (up to 30"/24")
  • Wall Balls: 20/14 lb
  • Double Unders
  • Rowing,
  • Echo Bike,
  • Running,
  • Ski Erg


Intermediate Division: Designed for newer competitors or those needing scaled volume/weights.

Barbell Movements (reps of 5+):

  • Clean & Jerk: 135/95 lb
  • Snatch: 95/65 lb
  • Deadlift: 185/125 lb
  • Front Squat: 115/75 lb
  • Bench Press: 95/65 lb
  • Overhead Squat: 75/55 lb
  • DB Movements: 35/20 lb (single or pair)


Gymnastics:

  • Chin-over-Bar Pull-ups,
  • TTB,
  • HSPU (5+ reps)


No Muscle-Ups or Handstand Walking

Other:

  • Box Jumps/Overs (up to 24"/20")
  • Wall Balls: 20/14 lb
  • Rowing, Echo Bike, Running, Ski Erg

AMRAP in 5 minutes 

400m run (together)

Int: 40 toes to bar - Rx: 16 bar muscle ups 

Max rep synchro box jump over in remaining time (24/20”)

50 meter swim 

50 single dumbbell snatch

50 burpees over the dumbbells

50 double dumbbell shoulder rack squat
