Til September går det løs igen. Endnu en PURE masters-konkurrence løber af stablen hos Gimlis CrossFit i Måløv.

Masters of the North – Autumn Typhoon.

Masters of the North, Autumn Typhoon vil være i mix teams af 2 personer (M/F) og det er den yngste på holdet, der definerer, i hvilken aldersgruppe man stiller op i. Man skal være fyldt år på konkurrencedagen.

Vi kommer til at køre følgende aldersinddelte divisioner:

40-44 år, 45-49 år, 50+ år.

Niveauer:

Crossfitters & Competitors. Crossfitters om lørdagen og Competitors om søndagen.

Det er en en-dagskonkurrence med alt CrossFit byder på. Cardio, Skills, styrke, taktik, sprint m.m.

In June, we’re doing it again. Another PURE masters competition takes place at Gimlis CrossFit in Måløv.

Masters of the North – Autumn Typhoon.

Masters of the North, Autumn Typhoon will be in mix teams of 2 (M/F) and it is the youngest on the team that defines the age group you line up in. On the day of the competition, your age must match the division you have registered for.

We will be running the following age divisions:

40-44 years, 45-49 years, 50+ years.

Levels:

Crossfitters & Competitors.

It is a one-day competition with everything CrossFit has to offer. Cardio, Skills, strength, tactics, sprint etc.

The Crossfitters category runs on Saturday and the Competitors run on Sunday.

Samlet antal d-balls to shoulder. 1 d-ball=1 kg.

7 minutter for Crossfittere/8 minutter for Competitors.:
- Max cal på Ski-erg.
- 4 RFT: 12 fatbar thrusters + 12 wallballs.
Holdet skal arbejde samtidigt. Når de 4 runder er taget, fortsættes på Ski-erg tiden ud.
Partial score efter 50/60 cal Ski-erg.

Wod 4B:4 RFT:
12 Fatbarthrusters på 40//30 kg.
12 Wallballs.
Hel runde hver, før den næste må gå i gang (der skal skies samtidigt). (4C)

Samlet antal cal på SkiErg efter 7 minutter.
I mens der arbejds på 4 runder, skal maskinen køre.
Når de 4 runder er taget skal man fortsætte på skimaskinen, tiden ud.
