About This Competition

WOD League is BACK and ready for take off in 2023! 

Sign-up for our 1-Day, FUN-packed event at CrossFit Palm Bay (Palm Bay, FL) on Saturday, February 4. 

This is a Teams-of-2 competition geared towards recreational athletes. All Teams are guaranteed to participate in all 3 Workouts. Our event was created for you to have FUN and challenge yourself. Please see below the Division Standards and secure your spot TODAY!

Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@wodleagueusa) for updates and workout announcements. All workouts will be announced at least 1 month prior to the event date so you and your partner can practice and be at your peak performance on competition day! The following divisions are available:

DIVISION STANDARDS

FITNESS (W/M)

Our Fitness division is perfect for the beginner fitness athlete that may not have participated in any competition before and has 6-12 months of training experience. The list below is not an exhaustive list and weights/skills/movements are subject to change.

Clean 65/95lbs

Shoulder to Overhead 45/75lbs

Snatch & Thruster 45/75lbs

Kettlebell 25/35lbs

SCALED & MASTERS 40+ (W/M)

Scaled is our Intermediate division and it is perfect for the majority of the participants that have at least 1-2 years of functional fitness training. In the Masters divisions both participants must be 40 years old or older on the date of the event. The list below is not an exhaustive list and weights/skills/movements are subject to change.

RX (W/M)

The Rx division is designed for participants that can successfully complete the majority of exercises in functional fitness competition. Generally speaking, this is our Advanced division and recommended for participants with 2+ years of training and previous competitive experience.
