About This Competition

The Fortius Fall Games 2024 will be held November 16, 2024 at CrossFit Fortius, 3760 Riley St. San Diego, CA 92110. The first heat begins at 8:00am.

Teams of 2: FF or MM

Divisions: RX, Advanced, Masters

RX / Masters: For Intermediate CrossFitters, can complete most workouts at Rx (Fortius members = L2-L3 level)

Advanced: For Advanced and Competitor Level CrossFitters, can complete all workouts at RX and usually RX+ (Fortius members = L4 and Comp Program level)

Sponsor Prizes, Team Placards, and Award banners and prizes for the podium finishers.

💰 25% of your registration fees will be allocated for the prize pool, the more sign up - the bigger the prizes! 💰

Relay Style “You Go, I Go” Format

8 Double KB Box Step Up Overs 24/20” (53/35)
10/8 Calorie Ski Erg

40ft Handstand Walk
8 Double KB Hang To Overhead
10/8 Calorie Ski Erg

Advanced: 10x30” Box Standard, 50/35
Rx / Masters: Kipping HSPU, 35/26 KBs, 3/2 Wallwalks

EVENT 2A & 2B

Event 2A, For Time
12 Rounds (Alternating)
5/3 Ring Muscle Ups
10 D-Ball Squats 100/70 (On Shoulder)

Event 2B, For Total Meters
15 Minute AMRAP
Assault Runner

Rx / Masters: 8 Toes To Rings instead of MU’s, 70/50

10 Snatches 135/95 (95/65)
8 Snatches 155/105 (115/75)
6 Snatches 185/125 (135/85)
4 Snatches 205/135 (155/95)
2 Snatches 225/145 (165/105)

10 Clean & Jerks 225/145 (165/105)
8 Clean & Jerks 235/155 (185/125)

*One bar, one working at a time, can break up reps however, no minimum requirement. Both can help load weights.

Advanced: Squat Snatch and Squat Clean required
Rx / Masters: Any style of snatch/clean

EVENT 4

For Time, Relay Style
15-12-9-12-15 Reps (each)
GHD Sit-Ups
Line Facing Burpees

Workout Flow:

Event 1

Flow:
Partner 1 will complete 8 HSPU, 8 KB step-up overs, 10/8 Ski cals…
Then will tag Partner 2 and they will complete the same round…
Continue this until both partners complete 3 rounds of the first triplet then advance to the next 3 round triplet with this same format

Event 2A & 2B

Flow:
2A & 2B run at the same time…
Athlete 1 will start on runner while Athlete 2 completes 1 round of 5/3 ring muscle ups + 10 D-ball squats…
Once Athlete 2 has completed the round they will switch.
This will continue until Workout 2B is complete or the 15 minute cap hits
If athletes complete 12 rounds in the 15 minute cap they will continue to run meters until 15 minutes are completed, and can switch out as desired

Event 3

Flow:
Bar will be loaded with beginning weight…
Athletes will then approach the “lifting area” which will be a taped off box…
Only one athlete will be allowed in the “lifting area” at a time, other athlete will have a “safe area” to stand…
To switch out, partners will tag and one will lift while the other is outside of the “lifting area” in their lane
If both lifters are in the “lifting area” during a lift, it will be a no-rep (for safety concerns)

Event 4

Flow:
Athlete 1 will complete 15 GHD sit-ups & 15 line facing burpees…
Then athlete 2 will complete 15 GHD sit-ups & 15 line facing burpees…
Continue this flow each “round” (12,9,12,15) or until the cap is reached
