Asbury Park Summer Games - Individual Online Qualifier
About This Competition
Elite Individual
We will be using the 2020 CrossFit Open to qualify our top 30 Male and top 30 Female individuals. Athletes must be signed up on games.crossfit.com as well as our website. Athletes must be signed up by the close of week one scoring submission (10/14/19 at 8PM EST). Athletes will complete each week and upload their score on games.crossfit.com in addition to uploading their score to our website. Only athletes that have signed up on our website will be considered eligible for a chance to earn a spot at the 2020 Asbury Park Summer Games.
For example:
If you finish 1,000th in the world for the CrossFit open but the other 999 athletes did not register for the APGames, you would be in 1st place in the APGames individual qualifier.
After the five weeks of the CrossFit Open, we will take our 30 best male and 30 best female scores totaled over the five weeks and send out notices for registration.
Workouts
If an athlete doesn’t finish a time capped workout, add the reps not completed as seconds to your time
For example:
15:10 would be missing 10 burpees with a 15 minute time cap.
