The singles event defines the best of the best. The singles event is split into 2 categories, woman's and the mens. Both categories will compete to win the title of The UK's Fittest male and female Vegan!

Every 90s for as long as possible, for a maximum of 12/10 rounds (18:00) complete the following work: 


5/3 Pull Ups

8 DB Snatch 22.5/15KG

10/8 Calories Row

Rest the remainder of the 90s. 


If you don’t manage to make the 90s time cap for each round you have two minutes, straight away, to row for calories. 


If you complete all 12 rounds, you still complete 2:00 max calories row. 


Scoring = Part A) Rounds and Reps Part B) Calories Rowed
