About This Competition

A premier team competition going on its 8th year! Cash prizes for podium finishers. 100 two-person, same gender, team slots for four divisions, RX Male / Female, Intermediate Male / Female and Beginner Male / Female and Beginners Male (18 months or less Crossfit experience). 

WODs and Standards released February 6th 2023.

No refunds after April 5th 2023. Cant guarentee a T-Shirt if registration is later than April 5th 2023.

Team / Individual substitutions with 24 hour notice.

Workouts

8 minutes to build to a heavy complex.

8.1 has an 8 minute time cap consisting of two parts A buy-in of 30 synchronized Burpee Box Jumps Male Ht: Rx 30 inch , Int 24 inch , Beg 24 inch step ups Female Ht: Rx 24 inch, Int 20 inch, Beg 20 inch step ups Directly into a barbell complex in the remaining time The barbell complex consists of: 1 Deadlift. After Deadlift; bar cannot touch the ground. 2 Hang Cleans (power or full cleans) 2 S2O Athletes must load their own bar. The Score is combined heaviest successful weight for each athlete.

8.2 is a 10:00 workout.

It begins with a...

6 Min AMRAP of

3 Front Squats 3 T2B, 6 Front Squats 6 T2B, 9 Front Squats 9 T2b... (add 3 reps until AMRAP ends)

Rest 1:00

Then you will have 3:00 min to complete

40 Front Squats 20 T2B 20 Front Squat 10 T2b

(Every second under 3:00 minutes is an added rep to the AMRAP)

Male: Rx 115, Int 95 and Knee Raises , Beg 65 and Situps Female: Rx 85, Int 65 and Knee Raises, Beg 45 and Situps

8.3 is a relay wod with an 8:00 TC (Must stay in lane)

It begins with:

20 Shuttle runs (20 Feet in distance: down and back is 1 rep)

20 C2B pull-ups (Int: Pull ups / Beg: Jumping Pull ups)

10 Alternating sand bag cleans

40' Sand bag carry(Partner A or B) and Handstand walk (Partner A or B) (Int: Overhead single DB Walking Lunges 50/35 Beg: Bear crawl)

10 Alternating sand bag cleans

200 DU (Int 200 SU / Beg 200 SU)

40' Sandbag carry and Handstand walk

20 C2B (Int: Pull ups / Beg: Jumping Pull ups)
