About This Competition

Our very first TWA competition, especially for our own athletes. 

This In-house competition will consist of;

  • Same-sex pairs
  • 3 events and a final 
  • Rx workout options 
  • Scaled workout options
  • Choose scaled or RX option per workout
  • Prizes
  • Vendors 

Parking location: Please park along Bon Mace or Clair-mace Close.

60 Synchro Hang Dumbbell Snatch

 

Advanced Option: 22.5kg / 15kg Dumbbell

Open Option: 15kg / 10kg Dumbbell 

For Time

10 Rounds (5 each)
Partner A:
7 Shoulders to Overhead
7 Bar-Facing Burpees


Partner B:
250m/200m Row


Time Cap: 10 Minutes

Advanced Option: 50 / 35 kg Barbell

Open Option: 40 / 25 kg Barbell

 

Partner A will complete 7 Shoulders to Overhead and 7 Burpee Over Bar, while Partner B will complete the row simultaneously. 

Once both are complete they will swap. 

 

At 12:00 minutes immediately following event 2A: 

5 minutes to find your heaviest complex of the day. 

1 Clean
1 Hang Clean


This may be a power or squat clean.
