About This Competition

Hello Ripped family!

This is an opportunity for us to have a good time while doing the   CrossFit OPEN 2024.

Starting Friday 03/01 till 03/15, we are gonna do the the official wods every Friday and Saturday. It's going to be 3 weeks of challenges, hard work and fun.
