Intermediate Standards:
- Beginner to experienced
- Does Some open workouts scaled and some RX
- Can perform all basic CrossFit movments
- Zero to min ROM limitations
- Able to run, row, jump, bike without injury
Intermediate Gymnastics:
- Chest to Bar Pullups
- Toes to Bar
- Box Jumps 24/20
- Wall Balls 20/14 10/9
- Double Unders
- Walking Lunges Weighted
Intermediate Barbell:
- Snatch 135/95
- Clean 135/95
- Deadlift 255/185
Scaled Standards:
- Beginner, first time, or newer competitior
- Does most open workouts scaled
- Can perform all basic Crossfit movments
- Minimum to zero ROM limitations
- Able to run, row, bike, jump without injury
Scaled Gymnastics:
- Hanging Knee Tuck
- Box Jumps/Step ups 24/20

Both Athletes will be working at the same time, one working on Bike while the other works on the Devils Press. However, both athletes need to finish each section before moving to the next. Meaning one starts on the bike and one on the Devils Press going for 20/15 calories and 20 devils press, once completed they switch pieces and go fro 20/15 calories and 20 devils press. They can't move on to the next station until they have both completed both parts.
Athletes will have 6:00 to Establish a 5RM Front and 5RM Thruster
Rx Athletes will take weight from the floor
Sc Athletes will take weight from the rack
Athletes will have 6:00 to Establish a 5RM Front Squat and 5RM Thruster.
Rx Athletes will be taking the Front Squats and Thrusters from the ground.
Scaled Athletes will be taking the Front Squat and Thursters from the ground.

At 3, 2, 1, Go athletes will begin their Synchro Deadlifts. The deadlift rep will count when athletes are locked out. Once the Deadlifts are complete, athletes will move on to Pullups (or Ring Rows). Athletes may break up the reps as needed. (Ring Rows will be approximately 3 feet off the ground with a line down the center. Feet must remain on one side of the line with the torso on the other for the reps to count.) When Pullups are complete, athletes will move on to Syncro Front Squats. The Front Squat Rep will count when both athletes are locked out at the top. Once Front Squats are complete, athletes will move on to Toes to Bar (Knees above hips). Athletes may break up reps as needed. Athletes will then move on to Synchro Shoulder to Overhead. The Shoulder to Overhead rep counts when both athletes are locked out at the top. After the Shoulder to Overhead reps are completed, athletes will complete as many wall walks as possible in the time remaining.
Score will be total reps completed at 12:00.

The workout begins with one athlete rowing and another holding a dual Kettlebell Front Rack position. Rowing is only permitted while the kettlebells are maintained in the front rack hold. Athletes must swith between the rower and the kettlebell hold whenever the athlete holding the kettlebells needs to drop them from the front rack position. This will continue until the athletes reach 1000m on the rower. Athletes will then transition to synchronized bar facing burpees. Once all reps are completed, the team will move on to synchronized hang power cleans. For the hang power cleans, one athlete uses a barbell while the other uses the dual KB's, with both athletes working in sync at all times to perform the prescribed repetitions. The workout concludes either upon completion of the final hang power clean or when the 15-minute time cap is reached. If the time cap is reached before completion, one second will be added to the teams total time for each rep not completed.
