Welcome to the Fit4Life Duo Clash contest for teams of two organized at Fit4Life Gym in Dumbrăvița! This exciting competition will take place on August 26th and is open to all CrossFit enthusiasts, regardless of experience level. We have prepared two categories to suit everyone's fitness level: INTERMEDIATE:MIXT and SCALED.
The INTERMEDIATE:MIXT category allows the formation of MALE-MALE OR MALE-FEMALE teams. This is the right category for those who want to put their skills and strength to the test in a competitive environment with their favorite training partner. Regardless of the type of team, we invite you to demonstrate your skills and enjoy the energetic atmosphere.
The SCALED category is specially designed for MALE-FEMALE or MALE-MALE teams. This category is ideal for those who are at the beginning of their CrossFit journey or prefer a more moderate intensity level. We encourage you to participate and test your limits in a friendly and fun competition.
The competition will take place over a single day full of intense challenges and personal satisfaction. We will make sure that all events highlight the variety of movements and skills specific to CrossFit, guaranteeing a fair and exciting competition for all participants.
After the competition, we invite you to join us for a phenomenal party to celebrate your achievements and enjoy the atmosphere of camaraderie. You will have the opportunity to meet other passionate CrossFit participants and share experiences and stories during the competition.
We provide a safe and professional environment where you will benefit from high quality equipment and careful training from our experienced staff. Regardless of your level of training, we encourage you to enter this unique competition and enjoy a day full of challenges and fun.

Bine ați venit la concursul Fit4Life Duo Clash pe echipe de doi organizat la Fit4Life Gym în Dumbrăvița! Această competiție palpitantă va avea loc în data de 26 august și este deschisă tuturor entuziaștilor de CrossFit, indiferent de nivelul de experiență. Avem pregătite două categorii pentru a se potrivi nivelului de fitness al fiecăruia: INTERMEDIATE și SCALED.
Categoria INTERMEDIATE permite formarea de echipe alcătuite din MALE-MALE SAU MALE-FEMALE . Aceasta este categoria potrivită pentru cei care doresc să-și pună abilitățile și forța la încercare într-un mediu competitiv, împreună cu partenerul lor de antrenament preferat. Indiferent de genul echipei, vă așteptăm să vă demonstrați abilitățile și să vă bucurați de atmosfera plină de energie.
Categoria SCALED este concepută special pentru echipele MALE-FEMALE sau MALE-MALE. Această categorie este ideală pentru cei care sunt la începutul călătoriei lor CrossFit sau preferă un nivel de intensitate mai moderat. Vă încurajăm să participați și să vă testați limitele într-o competiție prietenoasă și plină de distracție.
Competiția se va desfășura pe parcursul unei singure zile pline de provocări intense și satisfacții personale. Vom avea grijă ca toate probele să pună în valoare varietatea de mișcări și abilități specifice CrossFit-ului, garantând o competiție echitabilă și captivantă pentru toți participanții.

Score is the time it took to complete all 3 rounds and cross the finish line for both athletes . If the work capacity is not completed in the time cap, the score is the number of repetitions.
Workout details:
Run :
Both athletes will run while holding a 2 meter rope the full 600 meters lap.
Sled Backward Drag :
Athlete 1 : 20 meters Sled Backward Drag
Athlete 2 : 20 meters Sled Backward Drag
Athlete 1 : 20 meters Sled Backward Drag
Athlete 2 : 20 meters Sled Backward Drag
After the 80 meters Sled Drag is completed, both athletes grab the 2 meter rope, and start the 600 meters run and repeat the process untill all 3 rounds are complete.
One lap of 600 meter runing = 10 reps
10 meters of Sled Drag = 1 Rep
