About This Competition
Put your daily CrossFit efforts to the test at the Annual Monster Throwdown, happening Saturday, October 14th, 2023 at CrossFit Lehi.
TEAMS OF 4 (2 male/2 female)
RX and General Fitness Divisions ONLY
3 WODs plus Final for top 3 teams/division
$55 per athlete ($220 team fee)

TIME CAP: 14 minutes
*every member of the team must complete at least 1 TTB, non working team members will hold all weight off the ground, farmer style.
**RX = one 53# weight per male athlete, one 35# weight per female athlete.
GENERAL FITNESS = Leg Raises instead of TTB and one 35# weight per male, one 26# weight per female
Synchro TTB = toes touch bar at same time
Synchro Burpee = all team members must be chest to floor at the same time

*SCORE IS ONLY THRUSTER REPS
PENALTY SCORING, for every calorie under prescribed amount, 1 thruster will be subtracted from overall score (both machines). For every rope climb not completed, 2 thrusters will be subtracted from overall score.
Athletes may start at whatever station they would like, but must follow order (e.g. starting at 3 would mean your order is 3-4-1-2)
