THE QUARANTINE GAMES
About This Competition
So to add to our Virtual classes going on, we decided to creat a fun little challenge to keep everyone focused on their fitness and to have a little fun too.
The QUARANTINE GAMES will consist of a variety of weekly challenges, 2 per week. These challenges will be easy for everyone to complete...all you need is a DB, KB (which can be signed out from the gym) and some space to perform these challenges in.
This is FREE, and everyone who participates will get an event shirt for free, it's on us!
There are 2 divisions for members. Group A (scaled)
Group B (Int & Rx) however there will be nothing heavy, long duration or anything technical. Just simple, functional moves and activities!
No standards to worry about and there will be prizes for top athletes who score high. So sign up and lets have some Virtual/online fun ( No Comment...lol)
NOTE: This is open to CrossFit BECC members with an active membership and 10 pack
