Force Women Throwdown
About This Competition
The Force Women’s Throwdown is an exciting team challenge designed to challenge and empower female athletes. Teams of two will compete across a series of workouts that test strength, endurance, and teamwork.
Eligibility:
Open to all women ages 18 and older.
Teams must consist of two female athletes.
The challenge includes three WODs. Details will be provided to registered teams. Workouts will include a mix of functional movements, strength challenges, and cardio elements.
Scoring: Teams will be scored based on their performance in each workout, with points awarded for completion times, repetitions, and overall teamwork.
