Femmes: 30/35/40/45 ... kg
Every 2:30 for 10 minutes :
round 1 (15 sec) : 1 snatch
round 2 (15 sec) : 1 snatch
round 3 (15 sec) : 1 clean & jerk
round 4 (15 sec) : 1 clean & jerk
Score = heaviest snatch + heaviest clean & jerk

- Round 1 : 50m swim + 6 wall-ball shots
- Round 2 : 50m swim + 9 wall-ball shots
- Round 3 : 50m swim + 12 wall-ball shots
- Round 4 : 50m swim + 15 wall-ball shots
- Round 5 : 50m swim + max wall-ball shots
Score : number of wall balls shots
eliminated if wall balls not completeted
1) Decide which pull and push gym mouvements you want to perform
2) Partitioned any way the workout to be the fastest as possible
For time, partitioned any way:
- 150 crossover
- Pull gym : 25 bar muscle up or 75 chest-to-bar
- Push gym 25 strict HSPU or 50 kipping HSPU
- 35 sandbag squats
AMRAP 5min:
- 8 cal echo bike
- 8 box jumps over
- 2 rope climbs start seated
