Mixed Pairs - Intermediate & RX Division Fitness Competition.
Help us bring the fun of fitness to our small country town with our first ever competition!
Our aim is to run a quality, supportive and fun competition accessible for all athletes, whether you're a seasoned RX Athlete or this is your first ever competition.
There will be 4 Workouts + 1 Final
Workouts will be announced prior to competition.
Registration opens 9:00am 16/10/2023

RX:
1st - $1,000
2nd - $600
3rd - $200
Intermediate:
1st, 2nd & 3rd - Awesome Prize Packs!
12 Spots available per division
Registration will be open until the day of competition.

*Transfer of registration to another party can be made

Division Standards:
*these movements are just a guide for which division you should enter, they are not a list of exercises that will feature in workouts.
RX:
Snatch – 60/40kg
Clean & Jerk – 80/50kg
Deadlift – 110/80kg
Dumbbell Movements – 22.5/15kg
Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
Toes-to-bar
Double-unders
Intermediate:
Snatch – 40/30kg
Clean & Jerk – 60/40kg
Deadlift 80/60kg
Dumbbell Movements – 17.5/10kg

*Further scaling options can be made on the day.
Venue is situated in the main street of Leeton, loads of on-street parking available as well as plenty of food & drink outlets close by.
