About This Competition

Proving Grounds UK Finals - is a same sex pairs fitness competition.

The finals will be held on the 8th and 9th of Oct 2022 at BaseFitness in East Kilbride.

Day 1 (8th of Oct) will see our EVERYDAY ATHLETES take the competition floor. 

Day 2 (9th of Oct) will see our RX and MASTERS athletes take the competition floor. 

Please note all sales are final (no refunds). 

We are excited you want to take part in our event and look forward to seeing you on the leaderboard.

of both team mates.
