About This Competition

Hi I'm Anthony, Gift to lift has been a vision of mine since I was 7 years old.  To provide Toys for kids who were like me when I was a kid.  I came from very proud but also humble beginnings where my mom could not afford Toys for me or my brother when my I experienced my first Christmas in America.  Til one day a fire fighter came to our door, and brought me my favorite toy ever..... A BRIGHT YELLOW DIE-CAST TANKA TRUCK!!!  Join us for fun comp where the goal is to raise money for Toys in Time for Christmas for less fortunate families.  ALL Profit will go strictly to toys.  In the past we have given the toys to families Identified by fellow gym members, The LAPD 77th Div, South Gate PD. El Monte PD. and "The Care Program" of LA County General Hospital.  Come spend a day with us doing what we Love, doing something good for the community we all share.

We do Have a no refund policy, and know that the funds are going to a great cause, donations in the form of toys are also excepted but NOT in Lieu of the registartion fees.  Substitions are ok, provided waivers are signed prior to the day of the event.

Alternating rounds athlete A works , Athlete B rests. Athlete A completes 1 round then Athlete B completes one round Etc.

12 Alternating DB Snatches ( Rx-50/35 )

( Int/Scaled/Mixed 35/20 ) 

8 Burpees over DB

( both feet must travel over DB RX & INT must be air born, Scaled may step over )

4 RX Chest to bar, INT/Mixed Pull ups, Scaled Hanging knee raises. ( CrossFit Open Standards )
