About This Competition
Year 2 of our Triple Threat Throwdown in house competition is here! We throw down in teams of 3 and will host a community potluck BBQ after!
TEAMS: Teams of 3, open (MMM, FFF, FFM, FMM)
New this year: each team may have 1 "guest" or friend from outside CFP. Therefore must have a minimum of 2 CFP members. Former CFP members count as members not guests.
Divisions: PERFORMANCE & FITNESS
3 Workouts.
Note: you may switch divisions once all workout details are released, do not stress.
BBQ: this year we will be grilling hot dogs and hamburgers, we ask all participating teams to contribute to our community potluck BBQ! BYOB.
