Complete as many rounds as possible in 20min. Every team member to complete a round scores a point for their team.
Go in a waterfall style. You cannot overtake during a round but you can change order before the start of another round.

Only members who did not take part in the Send out your Champion workouts.

Do as much work as you like and switch with a another pair at any time you like.
2 bars per team, you must change the loads each round.
