About This Competition

North Forsyth Training and Fitness is excited to introduce "NFTF- Team Takedown 2025!" The competition will take place on Saturday, May 10th, at NFTF in Cumming, GA. "Team Takedown" will consist of FOUR workouts. Teams can compete in either the RX or Intermediate division. Register your same gender team of 2 and join us for a day of competition! Cash prizes for all podium finishers!

Clean- up to 185/125

Our signature “Country Friday” workout is exactly what it sounds like—a real treat! At NFTF, Fridays are all about embracing the grind. We kick off the weekend by taking on one of the week’s toughest WODs, challenging ourselves to earn those well-deserved rest days. And the best part? The music. Country, of course.
