HP3 Fitness Test
About This Competition
We're thrilled to announce another CrossFit/Fitness competition at the Healthplex. The event will maintain the format we've enjoyed previously, with competitors judging one another, ensuring a day full of fun and friendly rivalry among gym members. It's an excellent chance to experience a competition-style event or to gauge your skills if you're a seasoned participant. Remember, this is about enjoyment and experience, not fame and glory—though it's perfect for earning those gym bragging rights.
The competition will feature a variety of workout elements and styles including some that may rarely be included in our regular classes. Your adaptability will be put to the test across four events, contributing to five overall scores.
Competitors will be divided into two categories: Male and Female.
Event movements and weights will be detailed in the standards, including the expected volume for each. For commonly scaled movements, alternative exercises will be available to ensure everyone can compete (for example, 1 Pull Up = 2 KB Swings, 1 TTB = 2 Sit-Ups). As long as you're comfortable with the listed weights, you're set to compete. And if you have concerns about a specific movement or weight, please reach out to us. We're here to help and encourage as many participants as possible.
