EVENT 1:
Team Snatch Ladder Details:
Barbell Weights Per Division:
Male Teams:
Rx: (Suggested Snatch Minimum 1RM: 225lbs)
Each athlete completes:
6 reps at 155lbs > 4 reps at 185lbs > 2 reps at 205lbs
Intermediate: (Suggested Snatch Minimum 1RM: 185lbs)
Each athlete completes:
6 reps at 135lbs > 4 reps at 155lbs > 2 reps at 175lbs
Scaled: (Suggested Minimum Snatch 1RM: 125lbs)
Each athlete completes:
6 reps at 75lbs > 4 reps at 95lbs > 2 reps at 115lbs
Female Teams:
Rx: (Suggested Snatch 1RM: 155lbs)
Each athlete completes:
6 reps at 110lbs > 4 reps at 130lbs > 2 reps at 145lbs
