About This Competition
Central New York's largest and longest running fitness competition returns with a celebration of Fitness and Fun on May 10, 2025. What started over a decade ago with a small handful of local athletes competing for the title of fittest Central New York has turned into hundreds of athletes from around the state converging at Mohawk Valley Wellness to test their fitness.
On May 10, 2025, Mohawk Valley Wellness invites you to participate in, No Weak Links: Guac and Gainz II, a MMFF, Team of 4 event with three divisions, RX, Intermediate and Master’s (40+). Each division will consist of 20 teams battling for the fittest team.
